The newly completed interior design by FCJZ-Tang Palace Hangzhou is located on the top floor of a superstore in the new town area of Hangzhou. Composite bamboo boards are selected as the main material, conveying the design theme of combining tradition and modernity. 刚刚完工的非常建筑室内设计新作-杭州唐宫海鲜舫位于杭州新城区大型商场的顶层，选用了复合的竹板作为主材料，强调了传统与现代相结合的设计主题。

The yearly activity was held on 31 Jan. 2009. It includes skiing and hot-spring bathing. It was not only a good way to excercise and relax themselves but also to further the communication among the members. 2009年1月31日，非常建筑全体员工参加了本年度郊游年会。年会内容包括滑雪和泡温泉。通过这次活动，大家不仅锻炼了意志，放松了身心，还促进了彼此之间的交流和了解。

FCJZ has received first prize in the competition to design “Shenzhen Media Group” building in “4 Towers in 1 Urban Planning Conceptual Design Competition”. The jury is chaired by Arata Isozaki. This project is a 180 m high-rise building to accommodate a variety of programs for media production, broadcasting, administration and service. It locates at a developing business district in the center of the CBD of Shenzhen, adjacent to OMA’s Shenzhen Stock Exchange building. 在深圳“四个高层建筑及总体城市设计竞赛”中，非常建筑的方案被评审委员会评为第一名方案，评审委员会主席为矶崎新。 该项目为高180米，群房高43米，主要功能包括：办公、媒体工作室、演播厅、商业等。坐落在深圳CBD的核心区域，毗邻深圳证券交易所。
